Eligibility:

Multi-unit orders:

  • First unit of each product: Full refund, no return required
  • Additional units (2nd, 3rd, etc.): Eligible for refund only if returned unopened, in original condition, with return shipping paid by customer

Example: If you ordered 3 bottles of Recovery Foundation and 2 bottles of Targeted Anti-Shed & Hair Regrowth Formula, you're eligible for a no-return refund on 1 bottle of each. The remaining 2 bottles of Recovery Foundation and 1 bottle of Hair Support can be refunded if returned unopened at your shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged or incorrect order? We'll fix it immediately:
